Non-Internet Logo Use!!
There is NO EXTRA FEE beyond dues for this BBB member benefit if you have already have agreed to an arbitration agreement. If you have not signed up for the arbitration agreement then the fee is $100 per year.
Participants are entitled
to use a special version of the BBB logo in non-Internet, local advertising in
our service area only. It must include the service area on the logo.

Permitted uses
include:

newspapers, periodicals
- yellow
pages and directory ads

billboards and posters
- TV and
radio spots
- direct
mail and flyers
- business
cards, stationery, invoices, and other business documents.
- business vehicles
To join the MIP
program and use the BBB logo in non-Internet formats, BBB member companies must
agree to participate on one of three possible Dispute Resolution Programs.
If you do not want
to join the MIP program then the only approved form of BBB logo or name use
would be the BBB decal for display at your premises.
