The Merchant agrees that the product or services being discounted is NOT determined through negotiation with the customer and that the discount is off the actual price of the product or service otherwise sold.
The Merchant or the BBB can cancel this Agreement by notification in writing, with 90 days advance notice. The offer will be in place as stated below, unless modified in writing, as long as the Merchant is a member in good standing with the Bureau. The Merchant agrees to honor the discount offer at any time a member presents a current BBB "Consumer Membership" card. Any disputes between members arising out of the terms of this agreement will be handled through normal BBB arbitration.
The Bureau agrees to publicize the Merchant's offer through the Bureau's website and mailings.
