The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a private not-for-profit organization supported entirely by member businesses. We are not a public agency, connected with or supported by any governmental body, attorneys, or legal advisors.

Reports
The BBB can supply you with a reliability report of a business with whom you may wish to do business. We can also provide you with a list of member companies in your area by industry. File a Complaint
The BBB accepts complaints involving transactions where a breakdown in communication has occurred or where misrepresentation and/or deception are indicated. These types of complaints are processed, often resulting in voluntary adjustments by the business. When the complaint is not resolved through our complaint process arbitration services may be offered as a final means of resolution. A business' complaint record influences the BBB's reliability report given to the public. You may file a complaint online, by mail or by fax. Speakers Program

The Better Business Bureau provides reliability reports to consumers on non-member as well as member firms.
