Monroe, LA - JO ANN DEAl of Monroe, La has been named President and CEO of The Better Business Bureau of Northeast Louisiana.

The BBB NELA is a non-profit self-regulatory organization dedicated to promoting fairness and honesty in the marketplace. The Monroe based bureau serves 13 parishes.
